Hello, From The Pineapple Team
Warm summer days are here and there is nothing better than having a delicious pineapple snack to enjoy in the sun with a few friends. Today, we're gonna show you how to make Grilled Pineapple With Coconut Rum Sauce. This is easy to make and is guaranteed to impress your friends & family. Let's get started!
To make this recipe the tastiest, use a grill. The grill will help give a caramelization to the pineapple that just can't be beaten. By doing this, you don't have to add any extra brown sugar or anything ( which many recipes usually would call for) Let's be honest though, pineapple tastes great on its own.
HOW TO GRILL PINEAPPLE
-
Preheat: Heat grill to medium-high (between 350-450℉).
-
Coat the grill grate with oil to help prevent sticking.
-
Prepare the pineapple: slice as desired. More information on that below. And place on skewers.
-
Grill: cook the pineapple for about 7-9 minutes, turning once to ensure grill marks on both sides of pineapple.
